About the Opportunity
This two-year Front Office Financial Markets Apprenticeship, based in London and starting in September 2025, offers the chance to work directly on a trading floor, gain broad exposure across Financial Markets, and earn the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) Investment Operations Certificate. Delivered in partnership with the University of Exeter, the programme includes rotational desk experiences, project work (including ESG and D&I initiatives), senior stakeholder engagement, and mentoring. Successful apprentices may be offered a full-time position upon completion.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum five GCSEs including Maths (grade 6+) and English (grade 5+)
- Minimum BBB at A-Level or equivalent BTEC
- Permanent legal right to work in the UK and UK residency since September 2021
- Not currently enrolled in or completed a university degree
- Hardworking, resilient, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, able to work under pressure, and proactive
- Logical thinker with an interest in data analysis
