About the Opportunity
This graduate role offers hands-on experience in geotechnical engineering, including site investigations, foundation design, slope stability, and earthworks. Based in Altrincham, Cardiff, Croydon, or Sheffield, graduates will join a network of over 6,500 ground engineering professionals, supported by chartered mentors and a structured three-year soft-skills programme, "Accelerate Your Future." What We’re Looking For
- Graduating in or after 2023 with a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Soil Mechanics, or Civil Engineering
- Less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements)
- Strong problem-solving, initiative, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Genuine interest in geotechnical work and Mott MacDonald's values
- Eligible to work in the UK without requiring future Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
- Flexible, motivated, and keen to make a long-term impact through engineering
