The Role – Executive Search Associate
As an Executive Search Associate, you’ll play a central role in the end-to-end search process. From mapping out markets and engaging top talent to building long-term client relationships and helping make key hiring decisions, you’ll become a trusted advisor from day one.
You’ll be:
- Conducting market research and talent mapping across financial services and alternative investments
- Interviewing and assessing high-calibre candidates
- Collaborating with senior consultants on live mandates and long-term talent strategies
