About the Opportunity
This 2-year rotational HR Graduate Programme offers experience across generalist HR, recruitment, Group HR, and L&D, with exposure to UK and Irish employment law. You'll receive personal and professional development through workshops, coaching, and project work. The role is hybrid, with one day remote per week, and offers flexibility in location across 36 sites. By the end of the programme, the goal is progression into a permanent HR role.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in HR or CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Passion for hospitality and people
- Positive attitude, resilience, and strong time management
- Flexible on travel and location across the UK & Ireland
- Ideally some experience in hotel, leisure, or hospitality sectors
- Right to work in the UK & Ireland
