GRADUATE ANALYST CONSULTANT - NUMERATE GRADUATE

Our client is a global aviation consultancy headquartered in Bournemouth who specialise in improving their client's operational performance and in conducting regulatory, strategy and policy analysis. In the 20 years since the company started, they have worked with over 80 clients from 40 countries across 6 continents.

They are now looking for graduate entry level candidates from a strong numerate background to support the growth within the team. As a graduate Analyst/Consultant with us you will be involved in a variety of interesting projects for clients around the world, be expected to build and manage client relationships and maintain the standards that we expect on each assignment.

Graduate staff are expected to:
• Contribute to our project portfolio across all business areas.
• Show willingness to take on responsibility and client facing tasks from day one, with support from other members of the Think team.
• Work with senior staff, coaches and mentors to identify an accelerated career development plan.
Required Competencies:
Being a graduate analyst/consultant is not about having a particular degree or a prior interest in aviation. Graduate consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds and many have no prior knowledge of aviation. Instead, they are interested in how you think, how you solve problems and how you communicate your thoughts to others.
To be a successful graduate consultant you should already meet the following key competencies:

• Strong numerate skills demonstrated by a relevant numerical degree
• Ability to apply logical and structured thinking to a wide range of problems

Consultancy skills
• Analytical programming using R, Python or similar
