What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

Identify, approach, and interview top candidates
Manage client relationships and match talent to business needs
Own the entire recruitment process, end-to-end
Generate new business through calls, networking, and relationship building
Smash targets and reap the rewards of uncapped commission
Become a market expert and advisor for clients and candidates

A recent graduate (any degree) with serious drive and determination
