Account Manager

Proven experience in account management and a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A driving license is desirable.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales and account management experience
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software (desirable)
Qualifying leads and promptly responding to inquiries.
Ensuring all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints.
Collaborating with the technical and production teams.
Supporting marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
Developing a comprehensive understanding of the sign and display market and product range.
Promoting a positive company image and culture.
