Are you passionate about sports, enjoy working outdoors, and ready to kickstart your career in groundskeeping? Warwickshire County Cricket Club is offering an exciting full-time Grounds Person Apprenticeship based at the iconic Edgbaston Stadium. Under the guidance of our expert Sports Turf team, you’ll gain hands-on experience preparing and maintaining world-class cricket pitches and training areas while working towards a Level 2 Sports Turf Operative qualification.

This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in turf care, gardening, or landscaping – even if you’re just starting out. We’re looking for a team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You must have at least four GCSEs at grade D/3 (including English and Maths or equivalent). If you’re motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within a professional sports environment, we’d love to hear from you!
