Throughout the programme, you'll contribute to real projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and receive mentorship and support to develop your skills and knowledge.

About Us:

VPZ is a family-run business with our head office in Edinburgh. We have grown from just 1 store in Edinburgh to over 180 stores across the whole of the UK and we’re not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry and providing excellent product and sales training.

The Role:

Our Programme offers a rotational experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the heart of our business. You'll gain hands-on knowledge and develop critical skills through placements in:

Retail Operations: Gain insights into customer-facing operations and the HR support required to ensure a positive employee experience.
IT: Understand the technological backbone of our organisation and its impact on different areas of the business.
HR & Recruitment: Dive deep into core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development.
Warehousing & Production: Experience the operational side of our business and understand the importance of effective workforce management in this environment.
Marketing: Explore the world of brand and communication, understanding how internal and external messaging impacts employee engagement.
