The Person:

Able to take initiative, communicate effectively and work well in a team
Stay organised, think creatively and show attention to detail
Be adaptable to changing priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
Property related degree (RICS)

The Job:

Conduct site inspections, prepare inspection notes and measure facilities
Assist with the preparation of basic valuations, property reports etc..
Maintain and organise accurate and up to date records
Support budgeting, rental reviews and billing processes
