Assistant Site Manager – Grade 3 - 30 hours per week, term time only + 5 TED days

Closing Date: 11th August 2025

Start date 1^st September 2025

We are looking for a motivated, flexible and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join our welcoming and supportive team.

🛠️ Your Role Will Include:

Assisting with the smooth running and upkeep of our school buildings and grounds
Standing in for our Site Manager during absences
Carrying out minor repairs, gardening, decorating, and keep our site clean and tidy
Opening and closing the school premises as required
Acting as a key holder
Supporting evening lettings as required
Training to drive our school minibus (D1 licence required)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Reliability, a willingness to learn and a good sense of humour
Practical skills and a flexible approach to varied tasks
Experience in a school environment is a bonus—but not essential
An enhanced DBS is required for this role
