We are now looking to add a talented individual to the Service Team to further enhance the service delivery side of the business - but we're not necessarily looking for exact skills, we're looking for attitude, work ethic and the desire to learn.

What's in it for you?

Salary: upto £28,000
Bonus: 10%
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Holidays: 22 rising with service

What's the job?

You'll be work alongside the the Service Team, learning about every aspect of service delivery as you become part of an awarding winning business; you'll also be involved in:

Providing exceptional customer service to customers
Managing quotes
Problem solving and dealing with queries
Working closely with internal customers
Keeping internal and external systems updated.

About You:

You're likely to be a Graduate with a relevant degree and have some experience within customer service with some administraion skills. Along with an outgoing personality, you will also need:

The ability to under pressure
Capable of taking ownership from start to finish
Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
Be willing to learn and develop
