Role Overview:

As a Graduate Technical Services Manager, you will be working closely with our experienced engineering team to support the management and delivery of building services and technical solutions across a variety of projects, from small works fast programme Fit Outs to Major Structural Refurbishments. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in central London, building expertise in managing technical services, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the technical services across various building projects.
Support senior engineers in the coordination and delivery of engineering solutions.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met.
Monitor and report on the progress of technical services.
Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks across multiple projects.
Attend meetings with clients and contractors, and provide updates on the technical aspects of the projects.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Support health, safety, and environmental practices within all technical operations.

About You:

We are looking for graduates who have studied one of the following:

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Building Services Engineering

You will have:

A strong academic background with a degree in one of the specified engineering fields.
A keen interest in building services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
A passion for technical problem solving and delivering quality results.
A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
