Are you a Psychology graduate passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?
Would you like to build a career in educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or behaviour analysis?

We are working with a specialist SEN school in Maidenhead using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support young people with autism and other developmental needs. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Psychology graduates (or those with related backgrounds) to join our dedicated team as Trainee ABA Support Assistants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working 1:1 or in small groups with children aged 4–18 with autism and complex learning needs
Supporting communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and learning through evidence-based ABA strategies
Implementing tailored behaviour and learning programmes under the supervision of experienced ABA professionals
Contributing to children’s progress tracking and team meetings
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Psychology or a related field (or strong interest in behaviour, child development, or SEN)
Passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives
Resilient, patient, and able to work well in a team
Strong communication and observation skills
Commitment to learning – full ABA training will be provided
