Graduate Trainee Accountant

My client are a dynamic and growing accountancy practice and are seeking an ambitious Graduate Trainee Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a successful career in finance while gaining exposure to a broad range of services, including accounts preparation, tax, and audit.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements for a variety of clients across different sectors.
Support tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Participate in audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality service and tailored advice to clients.
Gain hands-on experience while studying towards your ACCA or ACA qualification, with full financial and mentoring support.

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field).
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and a commitment to professional development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
